The Carriage House is a 900 sq. ft. A-frame home built on higher ground that sleeps up to six. While it is not oceanfront, it does offer fine ocean views.

It features floor-to-ceiling glass at both ends of the house, 15-foot cathedral ceilings, a full kitchen, dining room, living room with satellite TV and DVD/CD players. The loft bedroom has a queen-sized bed and direct ocean views; the downstairs bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

The treetop deck has a hot tub. Two spacious patios offer Haleakala Mountain views as well as ocean views. There's also an outdoor gas grill, patio furniture, and an outdoor shower.
