The
Studio
is an architecturally stunning 2000 sq. ft. building.
Soaring 22 1/2 ceilings, open spaces, beautiful appointments, and
simple elegence define this space. Tastefully perched on three hundred
foot cliff overlooking the majestic Pacific Ocean,
the views are spectacular.

Off in the wings are three private suites
that offer solitude, independence, and
a great option.
All residents in The Studio share a large
gourmet kitchen: fully equipped and
ready for your inner-Chef to blossom.

Oceanfront Guest House
is a beautiful,private, two bedroom,
one bath 1300 sq ft. home that is
the epitome of seclusion.
Wrapped in the flora of the jungle,
teh Guest House occupies its own perch
on the cliff's precipice, offering its own take on
the dramatic vies and endless vistas.

 Cathedral
ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass,
a large private studio, secluded patio and
lawn, complete with gas barbeque grill,
a gourmet kitchen, a fireplace, dining room,
living room, dramatic second floor suite
with king-size bed, downstairs bedroom
with double bed and small lanai, and a
private hot tub right on the edge. |
The
Carriage House
The Carriage House is 900 sq. ft. A-frame
home built on higher ground that, while it is
not oceanront, it does offer fine ocean views.
It features floor-to ceiling glass at both ends
of the house, cathedral ceilings, a full kitchen,
dining room, living room with satellite tv and
dvd/cd players. The loft bedroom has a queen-sized bed
and and direct ocean views; the downstairs bedroom has
a double bed, and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa.
The treetop deck has a hot tub.
Two spacious patios offer Haleakala Mountain views
as well as ocean views. There's also an outdoor gas grill, patio furniture,
and an outdoor shower.

The
Gazebo
The oceanfront Gazebo Cottage is a fully equipped,
very private romantic studio cottage that sleeps two in a queen-sized
bed with walls of glass affording spectacular ocean views. It features
a full outdoor kitchen with gas grill, flat screen tv with satellite
and dvd player, private patio sitting at the cliffs edge. The bathroomfeatures
an infoor / outdoor redwood shower. |
